- An event that will last up to 3 hours
- Pre-event planning and consultation meetings
- Up to ten rounds of trivia, with ten questions that have not been previously used in your area in each round, including:
- One audio/music question per round
- One photo/video question per round
- Customized categories for your event
- Hosting of the event
- Each question is read aloud and​ shown​ on screen.
- Provide an audio/video system for the event if needed
- Judging and scoring for up to thirty tables
- Web-based scoring system

Our hosting package will cost no more than $650.
- Depending on the needs of your specific event and other factors, the actual cost is almost always less than $650.
- A $200 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your date, and will be applied to the total cost of the event.
- The balance of the event fee will be due before the start of the event.
